Elisabetta Canalis takes new amore Mehcad home to Italy

As she quickstepped off Dancing With The Stars, she admitted that her ex George Clooney was more like a father figure to her.
But Elisabetta Canalis looks to have put her Clooney days behind her as she receives attention and support from a very special male friend.
The TV host was spotted in Milan, in her native Italy, with former True Blood star Mehcad Brooks.
The pair took to the city for a spot of shopping and later enjoyed a romantic lunch in the centre of the fashion capital.
It's not the first time the good looking couple have been spotted together.
They have been seen out and about in Los Angeles and enjoyed a romantic trip to Berlin last week.
The 33-year-old, who split from George in June after two years together, has spoken out about their relationship in Questo Amore (This Love), a new book by Italian journalist Bruno Vespa.
"He has been special for me, and very important, just as a father would be.
"Between us there was more of a father-daughter relationship. I was unable to clarify this up til now," she said.
The Ides of March star has since moved on with former wrestler, 32-year-old Stacy Keibler.

Hats off to fun-loving Charles and Camilla in Africa

Countless column inches are devoted to the chemistry between Prince William and Kate.
But they're not the only royal couple whose devotion to each other and sense of fun shines through.
The couple were clearly relishing each other's company – and having a good old giggle – as they visited South Africa.
While her laughing husband looked on, Camilla beamed as she tried on a traditional Zulu headdress in the township of Soweto, Johannesburg.
Charles seemed in high spirits too as he chatted to locals.
The couple are on a five day tour of South Africa before heading to Tanzania for four days. They will be highlighting environmental and social issues during their visit.
During the five years the pair have been married, Camilla is credited to bringing a joie de vivre to the couple's relationship.
And on their public engagements, a shared laugh never seems to be far away.
Camilla also seems to have brought a more gentle touch to what many regard as her husband's often brisk manner.
He has become increasingly tactile in his public life – as demonstrated when the royal was photographed comforting riot victims this summer.
And at the royal wedding in April there was a particularly touching scene when the Prince of Wales lifted up little Eliza Lopes, his wife's granddaughter, to give her a better look at the scene below Buckingham Palace.

Hats off to SJP for her quirky Philip Treacy creation

The character she’s best known for playing, Carrie Bradshaw, has a quirky sense of style and constantly pushes the boundaries.
And Sarah Jessica Parker seems to be taking fashion tips from her on-screen alter ego.
The diminutive blonde wore a spectacular Philip Treacy black curved hat as she stepped out in Australia to promote her new film, I Don’t Know How She Does It.
She paired the magnificent headgear with a chic Chanel tweed dress, truly living up to her reputation as a style icon.
Milliner maestro Philip revealed he had spent more than 200 hours creating the silk and fibre piece.
"Fashion is about suspense and surprise, so tomorrow she is going to surprise everyone as well," he said the day before her stunning appearance.
"She's the ultimate fashion icon."

Hugh visits baby at £1.2m home bought for mum

When asked about fatherhood in 2009, Hugh Grant jokingly responded that he would consider it "on the basis that I can leave after 10 minutes".

With paternity now a reality, it turns out that Britain's most commitment-shy bachelor is taking fatherhood rather more seriously.

The actor jetted in to London from Berlin where he's currently filming Cloud Atlas alongside Halle Berry and Susan Sarandon.

"I've got a 24-hour break from filming and I'm back to protect my baby," the Notting Hill star told reporters.

He reportedly spent 45 minutes with his newborn and her mother, Chinese actress Tinglan Hong, on Wednesday night.

The actor, who welcomed his little girl five weeks ago, visited mum and baby at Tinglang's Fulham home.

The £1.2 million property is just over a mile from where Hugh resides, and was bought by the star's cousin ahead of the birth.

After the stopover, the 51-year-old was spotted dining with a friend (pictured above) at eaterie Electric Brasserie.

Despite the unplanned nature of his new-found fatherhood, Hugh has made it clear he is thrilled.

"I can confirm that Hugh Grant is the delighted father of a baby girl," his publicist said in a statement.

"He and the mother had a fleeting affair and while this was not planned, Hugh could not be happier or more supportive."

"They have discussed everything and are on very friendly terms."

Although the actor frequently referred to his image as a commitment-averse playboy, a few years ago he began to drop hints about a desire to have children.

Speaking to Parade magazine in 2009, he said that he "hadn’t given up hope." of becoming a dad.

He also talked of his role as the proud uncle of many nieces and nephews — including Elizabeth's Hurley’s son, Damian.

The pair enjoyed a high-profile for 13 years and despite the fact that the duo never managed to make a trip down the aisle, they remain good friends - with Hugh playing a visible role in her son's life as his godfather.

In the past, Hugh has also dated socialite, Jemima Khan.

After his flying visit to see his baby in London, Hugh is expected back on set in Germany.

Whilst working there, the actor has struck up a friendship with 21-year-old burlesque singer, Elisa Schmidt. (pictured below)

The pair enjoyed a meal together in Berlin before taking an intimate stroll through the city's streets on the way home.

The pretty brunette singer met Hugh through her manager, Guy Chambers – who is Robbie Williams' former song writing partner.

Speaking to German newspaper Bild about their relationship Elisa said: "I was in London with Guy to talk about my first album.

"In the evening, we shared a meal and there I got to know Hugh Grant.

"Since then we have come to understand one another very well and have become good friends. But there is definitely nothing more than friendship.

"Now he is in Berlin and invited me to dinner. That is all."

Hugh's the daddy? Britain's most suave bachelor a father at 51

When Hugh Grant helped his ex Elizabeth Hurley celebrate her engagement to Shane Warne at the beginning of October, the actor was beaming.

Little did the world know that those cool blue eyes had an extra sparkle because Hugh himself had some exciting news, having just become a father, aged 51.

Five weeks ago, Britain's most commitment-shy bachelor secretly welcomed a little girl.

Although the identity of the child's mother hasn't been confirmed, she is thought to be the result of a brief union between Hugh and Chinese actress, Tinglan Hong, 31.

The Notting Hill star has said he's thrilled with his little daughter.

"I can confirm that Hugh Grant is the delighted father of a baby girl," his publicist said in a statement.

"He and the mother had a fleeting affair and while this was not planned, Hugh could not be happier or more supportive."

Although Hugh frequently referred to his image as a commitment-averse playboy, a few years ago he began to drop hints about a desire to have children.

When asked about fatherhood in 2009, the About A Boy star said: "Yes, yes, yes. I haven’t given up hope."

And his confession was, of course, stamped with his unique brand of cheeky-chappy charm. He added: "That’s, of course, on the basis that I can leave after 10 minutes."

In the same interview with Parade magazine, he said he was the proud uncle of so many nieces and nephews — including Elizabeth's son, Damian.

Elizabeth enjoyed a high-profile relationship with Hugh for 13 years. Despite the fact that the duo never managed to make a trip down the aisle, they remain good friends and Hugh has played a visible role in her son's life as his godfather.

In the past, the actor has also dated socialite, Jemima Khan.

His most recent relationship appears to have begun in January this year, after he met Tinglan in 2010.

In April 2011, pictures emerged of the Chinese actress arriving at the actor's West London home.

Onlookers at a restaurant where the couple dined said they appeared to having a serious discussion and that Tinglan didn't drink alcohol during their meal.

'Man makeover' complete: Shane rubs shoulders with SJP

When Elizabeth Hurley met Shane Warne last year, he was a down-to-earth, rugged sportsman with little experience of moving in fashionable circles.

Eighteen months on and the former cricketer has come a long way.

This week the couple, who are on a high following their recent engagement, attended the glamorous Crown Oaks Day spring racing carnival in Melbourne.

And Shane, who is looking revitalised since his 'man makeover', rubbed shoulders with fashion heavyweight Sarah Jessica Parker.

Sandwiched between the two style divas, the former ladies' man looked delighted with the seating arrangement.

Sarah – in Australia to promote her new film, I Don’t Know How She Does It – was earlier spotted admiring Elizabeth’s floral headpiece.

A well-known fan of statement hats herself – which she proved with her appearance the previous day – she was no doubt complimenting the intricate fascinator.
